THIS WEBSITE WAS PUT UP BY ME FOR ONE REASON ONLY, NAMELY TO STOP COMPANIES FROM TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE DIRT.THEY ACT AS IF THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR WHEN YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED CASH.
HOW WOULD YOU FEEL WHEN YOUR KID SAVES HIS CENTS TO BUY A TOY AND WHEN HE GETS HOME TO PLAY WITH IT,THE TOY FALLS APART!
HOW WOULD YOU REACT TO SEEING THE UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT ON YOUR KIDS FACE? YOU DECIDE TO COMPLAIN TO THE STORE OFF COURSE, BUT WHEN YOU DO COMPLAIN, THE STORE TELLS YOU "FOR THAT PRICE WHAT DO YOU EXPECT?"
WHAT WOULD YOU DO WHEN YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT SOMETHING AND YOU GET RUDELY TOLD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY?
YOU ARE ALREADY THERE, SO WHY SHOULD YOU HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE?
WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG CHANGE AND WHEN YOU MENTION IT, YOU ARE TOLD THAT YOU ARE STUPID,CAN'T COUNT AND SUBSEQUENTLY GET THROWN OUT OF THE BUSINESS BECAUSE YOU DARED TO DEMAND THE CORRECT CHANGE?
WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER, ONLY TO HAVE IT REJECTED BECAUSE THE ORDER IS NOT BIG ENOUGH?
WHATEVER HAPPENED TO "THE CLIENT IS ALWAYS RIGHT"?
PERSONALLY, I DON'T ALWAYS AGREE WITH THAT POLICY, BUT WHAT IF THE CLIENT IS ACTUALLY RIGHT?
WELL I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU, BUT I INTEND TO EXPOSE ALL THOSE COMPANIES WHO TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE DIRT AND WHERE SERVICE IS BAD!
